Situated on a 175m2 property with a 12.5m frontage, the spacious Capri situates the master bedroom at the front of the home with a walk-in robe and ensuite with double showers and vanity. The theatre room and study are a great addition to this design and purposefully designed for rest and retreat.
Structerre worked with Homebuyers Centre across many services for this project, including the site classification, compaction test, energy certification, BAL assessment and engineering design. We were selected for this project for our commitment to delivering consistent high-quality work and for our success-driven commitment to our clients.
The Capri utilises Homebuyers new BrickSteel+ method, built with a single exterior bricked wall that is backed by the inner strength of a steel frame. To finish it off, the internal walls are then professionally lined and covered with painted plasterboard, this leads to reductions of up to 6-8 weeks off the construction timeline.
