Our Queensland team was commissioned to be part of the development and design of the Over 50’s lifestyle community located in Bli Bli, at the centre of the Sunshine Coast. The premium lifestyle community houses 87 modern independent homes boasting 8 star energy efficiency ratings, a recreation centre, a bowling green, a private cinema, a library as well as a fully equipped gymnasium.
The structural elements included slab and retaining wall designs as well as structural framing with all houses designed and installed in such a way that they could be easily relocated. As a result, the wall and roof framing is segmented so that the house structure can be removed from the site with minor alterations. With years of experience, our team drew on their knowledge and familiarity of working in similar conditions to provide the client with an effective and efficient design.
