The Victorian Guide to Standards & Tolerances Passed in Tribunal Case

As a rewarding 2013 comes to a close, we take a look at our dedicated staff members who have been recognised by their Industry for their outstanding efforts and presence, hard work and determination.

James Cross, a member of the Energy Assessments team based in WA, was featured in the ABSA November E-Newsletter sent to all ABSA members around Australia. James has been with Structerre for six years, and works as a Senior Energy Assessor. His strong client-focused approach, high personal standards and determination to achieve homeowners’ preferred outcomes, are what has gained him recognition. James has a vision for sustainable homes across the board and strives to impart his knowledge to help clients achieve a thermally efficient house.” Ultimately it’s about the client.  It’s not just  ‘here’s your basic rating option, take it or leave it’. Our goal is to always give clients three or four varying options to show them that it doesn’t always involve money”.

Our NSW Residential Manager, Robert Colombo, has been awarded Fellow Membership status with the Australian Property Institute; the highest available level that can be attained. The fellowship criteria requires the applicant to be an associate member or practice full-time in the property profession for a period of at least ten years. As well as this, a character assessment is taken by the division council to determine the suitability of the applicant. Achieving this status acknowledges Robert for his high ethical standards and professional reputation, outstanding commitment and contribution to the Property Industry.

We would also like to take this opportunity to recognise our team members who have reached twenty years of service with us: Rob Cangemi, Engineering Field Assistant, Martin Holland, Principal Engineer and Eddie Stone, Business Development Manager. We would like to thank them all for their continued effort and contribution.
