Located just 16km from Brisbane’s CBD, we embarked on works with Privium Group on their PARC Townhomes project at Pinelands Road, Sunnybank Hills, QLD. The development consists of 93 townhouses which were completed in two stages, commencing in 2018 and finishing in 2019. Scheduled for completion in early 2020, the development also includes a recreation building, swimming pool, outdoor chess board, exercise area, community garden ,children’s playground and barbecue areas.
