Structerre provided full project management services for a sixteen lot green title subdivision, where our scope of work included the following:
- Preliminary due diligence investigation and report.
- Preparation of survey brief for level and feature survey.
- Geotechnical investigation and report.
- Civil design and documentation of demolition and ground clearing, bulk earthworks, retaining walls, extension of Savage Road, stormwater drainage, water and sewer reticulation to Water Corporation requirements.
- Design coordination of other services including gas, electrical, communications and landscaping.
- Tendering and contract award on behalf on the developer.
- Construction administration and surveillance.
- Facilitate clearances prior to termination of defects feasibility period.
