This project consisted of providing an engineered timber frame solution that would be in-filled with straw bales. The challenging conditions of the site, being located in area of high fire risk and complex soil conditions provided us with an opportunity to utilize our skills and experience and deliver the client with a solution that would withstand the elements. The client received a complete service from Structerre, with the Structural components being provided by the Residential team and a full site report and compaction test being carried out by Geotechnical Site division. Our in-house teams coordinated all services ensuring a stress free experience for our client.
