Structerre’s scope of work included geotechnical investigation and reporting, structural and civil documentation, hydraulic works, and the provision of construction administration services. Whilst there were initially a number of complex design issues in retaining a portion of the existing facility, Structerre was able to create structural integrity and preserve the desired section of the old infrastructure, creating the end result of a seamless interface between the new and existing elements.

This has provided the client with a contemporary events space and has earned the complex a reputation as one of the finest clubs in Perth.
