The clients brief, although simple when captured in three words, India, Perth and sophistication, was far from simple to achieve. The challenge for Structerre was to create structural integrity and preserve the complex aesthetics of the architecture. Formed from the natural contours and boundaries of the site and deceptively appearing as a single storey, the impressive two storey luxury home with a grand foyer, steeping staircase, mezzanine level and an undisturbed open living concept is a true tribute to the successful relationship between engineer, builder and designer, resulting in not just a superior house but a haven that the owners can call home.
